The function of NBR framework oil seal is to protect the components that must be lubricated in the transmission system components and load rate components, so as to prevent grease leakage. It is generally used to rotate the shaft, which is a kind of sealing property of rotating shaft lip. The frame is just like the construction reinforcement in the concrete engineering, which has the effect of lifting, and can maintain the appearance and support force of the skeleton seal. According to the frame form, it can be divided into inner framework oil seal, outer framework oil seal and inner and outer exposed framework oil seal. The framework oil seal is made of high quality nitrile rubber and thick steel plate, with stable quality and long service life. It is widely used in car, motorcycle engine, crankshaft, engine camshaft, transfer case, shock absorber, diesel engine, axle, front wheel, etc.
1. Avoid sand, dust, water vapor from outside into the rolling bearing;
2. Limit the exposure of grease in the rolling bearing. The specification of the framework seal is that the specification (inner diameter, diameter and thickness) should meet the requirements; it has moderate ductility, can moderately block the shaft, and has sealing effect; it should be resistant to high temperature, wear resistance, good compressive strength, material (oil or water, etc.) and has a long service life.
The following contents should be paid attention to when using skeleton seal reasonably:
(1) Due to the design scheme and structure of the shaft, the high-speed rotating shaft should be sealed with high-speed skeleton, and the shaft with low-speed ratio should be sealed with low-speed skeleton. The low-speed skeleton seal should not be used on the high-speed shaft, on the contrary, it is not good.
(2) When the working temperature is higher than the application temperature, the polypropylene ester or silicon, fluorine and silicon fluorine rubber should be used. And should try to reduce the water temperature in the car's fuel tank. When the application temperature is too low, low temperature resistant vulcanized rubber should be used.
(3) The general working pressure of the framework seal is poor, and when the working pressure is too high, the skeleton seal will deform. Under the application standard of excessive working pressure, compression support ring or lifting compression skeleton seal should be selected.
(4) If the axial force of the horizontal framework seal and the shaft are too large, the sealing performance will be worse, especially when the shaft speed ratio is high. If the axial force is too large, the "W" cross-section skeleton seal can be selected.
(5) The surface smoothness of the shaft immediately endangers the service life of the skeleton seal, that is, if the smoothness of the shaft is high, the service life of the skeleton seal will be born.
(6) Pay attention to a certain amount of grease on the lip of the framework seal.
(7) Care should be taken to avoid dust penetration into the skeleton seal.
